1. What we collect
When you contact us, purchase a license, or use our software, we collect: name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, and any details you choose to share in a message. Payment card details are collected by Stripe directly - they never reach Bazar Soft servers.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to: fulfill your order, deliver licenses and updates, respond to your inquiries, send transactional receipts and renewal reminders, and meet our legal obligations.
3. Who we share with
We share data only with processors we need to operate: Stripe (payments), email delivery providers, and cloud hosting. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
4. How we store it
Customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access is restricted to staff who need it to deliver the service. Payment data is held by Stripe under PCI DSS Level 1 - the highest certification for card processors.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@bazarsoft.net and we'll respond within 30 days.
