1. Licenses
Purchase of a Bazar Accountant license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software within the terms of your edition. Licenses cover one organization unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Subscriptions and renewals
Annual renewals are valid for 12 months from the activation date. Renewal pricing depends on your edition. Renewals do not auto-charge unless you explicitly enable it.
3. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Pricing on our site is exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time license purchases. Annual renewals are non-refundable after activation. Contact sales@bazarsoft.net within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
5. Support
Support is provided by email and phone during business hours (Sunday–Thursday, GMT+4). Active renewals include priority email support.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the software without written permission. You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.
7. Liability
Bazar Soft's liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the license in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
